Property Management

The Graybill Company is a license property manager in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and North Carolina. We manage for our own account as well as third party owners/landlords. To date, or focus and expertise has been managing retail shopping centers with a plan to grow into other facets including office management and multifamily.

The Graybill Company has the knowledge and resources to handle the various levels of management, including Leasing, Maintenance, and Tenant Services. We currently use Yardi Software systems (yardi.com) to account for daily management inputs and accounting.
