Meet the Team

Mr. Graybill is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business and earned a bachelor’s degree in 1998. He is a long time member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a current candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Mr. Graybill earned his real estate license at the age of 18 which gives him over 17 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate brokerage, development, and investment. As a Principal of The Graybill Company, Brannon has an active role in retail development, tenant relations, and project management. His tenant relationships include several national retailers and restaurants such as Target, Wal-Mart, Bass Pro, Home Depot, Kroger, Walgreens, McDonald’s, and Starbucks. In addition he has worked with several major hotel groups including Marriott and Hyatt. Brannon’s largest mixed use project is a Super Target anchored power center in Smyrna, TN (Nashville) which also includes Kohl’s, Petsmart, Ross, various restaurants, and a 300 unit apartment complex. Recently, Mr. Graybill has been working with several national and regional lenders to review their special assets portfolios and bank owned real estate to acquire well placed and fundamentally sound assets.

CCIM, is a principal of The Graybill Company, LLC and has specialized in Commercial Income Properties and Retail Development for over 40 years. Mike holds an Associate Science degree from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Finance, both from George Washington University in Washington D.C. He has continued his education with post graduate management seminars at Harvard University and has taught courses at the graduate and undergraduate level at Augusta State University. Mike is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors (CCIM), and the Atlanta Board of Realtors. He served as the Chairman of the Columbia County Commission in Augusta/Evans, GA from 1991-1992. Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of Augusta’s faith based Trinity Hospital and is past president of the West Augusta Rotary Club. Mike is former preferred broker for Home Depot and has participated in the brokerage and development of over 25 Wal-Mart stores and Supercenters.
